NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y., February 22, 2019 – The Monroe College Mustangs JV men's basketball team's contest against SUNY Sullivan JV, scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 23 at 4 p.m. at the Monroe Athletic Complex in New Rochelle, N.Y. has been canceled.
 
Sitting at 20-8 (11-4 AIPGCC), the Mustangs wrap up the regular season on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. when they travel to Linden, N.J. to take on Prestige Preparatory Academy at 7 p.m.
 
ABOUT THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM AT MONROE COLLEGE
The athletic program at Monroe College encompasses a total of 29 teams competing across nine sports. There are 18 varsity and junior varsity programs, as well as club men's and women's rugby, competing on the New Rochelle campus as the Monroe Mustangs (NJCAA Division I). The Monroe Express, based out of the Bronx campus as of the fall of 2017, has nine varsity and junior varsity teams competing at the NJCAA Division III level.
