Patchogue, NY – The Monroe College Volleyball team ended its regular season with a 3-1 victory at St. Joseph's College – Long Island on Friday night.  The set scores were 25-20, 21-25, 25-17 and 25-17 for the Mustangs.
 
Cristen Coryatt closed out her Monroe career with yet another double-double, registering 15 kills and 12 digs.  Kathrin Pasel earned 11 kills, while Brianna Chin and Marissa Hackett each finished with ten.  Carla Soufront notched a match-best 36 assists and raked in nine digs.  Neysha Gonzalez had 24 digs, while Anyela Aquino reached ten.
 
The team will return to action on the weekend of October 29^th at the Regional Championship in Baltimore, Maryland.  The opponent and start time are still to be determined.
