Lisa Jagdeo - Assistant Coach
Coach Jagdeo comes to Monroe as a ‘player’s coach’. That’s because she has valuable experience as a player.
At Lehman College she was ranked in the top-10 setters for CUNY. In her freshman year (2008) she was the team’s MVP and rookie of the year.
“I believe the volleyball court should be a place of escape, where you put everything that happens during the day behind you and all that matters are your teammates and the ball,” she said. “I also believe in discipline. A team’s performance is a result of their respect for the sport. My motto is, ‘If better is possible, then good isn't good enough.”
