Bryn Mawr, PA – The No. 17 Monroe University women's soccer team remained unbeaten in a 4-0 victory on the road against Harcum College on Friday.
Monroe got on the board early with a long-distance goal from freshman
Julia Migacz. Fellow freshman
Wiktoria Mikrut, who assisted on Migacz's goal, scored later in the half on an assist from sophomore
Leni Fohrer, Fohrer's eighth of the season.
Atypical to how the season has gone thus far, the Mustangs had a semi-quiet first half. Despite scoring twice, the team pieced together just six shots — they've had less than six on just one occasion in 2025.
They flipped the switch in the second half, firing off 14 total shots. Freshman
Leonor Lirio De Sousa scored first on a corner kick assist from Migacz. Mikrut then scored her second goal of the game on a penalty kick, securing her third consecutive multi-score contest.
All in all, the Mustangs had 20 total shots, including ten on target. Mikrut led the way with eight shots and five shots on goal. Migacz and Lirio De Sousa tallied three apiece in the win.
Monroe debuted in the NJCAA national rankings this week and move to 6-0-1 on the year. Its next match will come against Harford Community College next Friday.
