Charlotte, NC - The NJCAA announced its 2025 Division I Women's Soccer All-America Teams on Tuesday, and Monroe University freshman forward Wiktoria Mikrut has been named a First Team All-American, earning one of the nation's most prestigious  honors as selected by the NJCAA DI Women's Soccer Committee.

Mikrut delivered one of the most dominant offensive seasons in the country. The first-year standout appeared in 13 matches, all starts,  and racked up 27 goals and 6 assists for 60 total points, while converting five game-winning goals and going a perfect 4-for-4 on penalty kicks. She fired 89 shots, placing 52 on target for a 58.4% shots-on-goal rate, showcasing both volume and precision in the attacking third. Mikrut finished the year averaging just over a goal per game, cementing herself as one of the deadliest strikers in the NJCAA.

Her performance helped elevate the Mustangs on the national stage once again, continuing Monroe's storied tradition of excellence and player development. With three years of eligibility still ahead, Mikrut's early success signals a future filled with excitement as the program transitions into an NCAA program starting in 26- 27.

ABOUT THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM AT MONROE UNIVERSITY
The athletic program at Monroe University encompasses a total of 26 teams competing across nine sports. There are 19 varsity and junior varsity programs, as well as the Monroe University marching band, competing on the New Rochelle campus as the Mustangs (NJCAA Division I). The Monroe Express, based out of the Bronx campus, has seven teams competing at the NJCAA Division III level.
