On the night that they honored their seven graduating sophomore, the Monroe Mustangs women's volleyball team got their 32nd win of the season in a romp over the County College of Morris at the MAC on Thursday night.  Edmarie Freytes, Lee Ann Ocasio, Paola Noble, Shakira Castro, Nerishka Cruz, and Shaniece Simpkins were all given special gifts before the match and then they went out and won 3-0 over CCM (25-11, 25-12, 25-8).  They're now 32-4 on the season.

Monroe had a balanced attack through the match.  Ocasio was 6/10 in attacks with no errors, Noble was 6/9 (2 errors), Barbara Maximiano was 5/6 with no errors, and Cruz was a perfect 4/4.  Freytes turned in her usual excellent perforamance with 20 assists.

Monroe will play two matches in Maryland over the weekend and then will travel to Maryland again the following weekend for the Region championship on Novermber 1 at 11am against Harford. CC.
