Alisha Callender had a terrific weekend for the Mustangs at the 2021 NJCAA Div. I Women's Volleyball Championships in Hutchinson, Kan. Callender, as she tends to do, did plenty of everything for the Mustangs in their two-match run at nationals. She was second on the team with 2.43 kills per set, 3.14 assists per set and 4.14 digs per set. Callender led the team with 0.57 aces per set and finished third with 0.43 blocks per set. She also registered her first triple-double in Saturday's match against No. 12-seeded Central Wyoming College, finishing with 11 kills, 12 assists and 17 digs in the match. Callender finished the 2021 season as the NJCAA leader with 0.91 aces per set and 126 total aces for the entirety of the campaign.
