Alex Masai got his freshman year started in grand fashion. In Saturday's Wolfie Invitational, hosted by Stony Brook University, Masai broke the Monroe men's cross country team program record for an 8K course. He finished the race in 24:53.59, impressively claiming sixth place out of 46 runners in a highly competitive meet.
