Anthony Piccolino enters his fourth season at Monroe University as the pitching coach. He brings a player-first philosophy that emphasizes strength training, arm care, and overall pitcher development, blending both modern analytics and traditional baseball fundamentals.

Piccolino pitched on the collegiate level for two years at St. John’s University and two years at Fairleigh Dickinson University–Teaneck, where he also earned his bachelor’s degree. He began his coaching career as an assistant pitching coach at Fairleigh Dickinson before serving as the pitching coach at Concordia College for two seasons.

In addition, Piccolino spent 12 years at Iona Preparatory School as the pitching coach, helping develop and place numerous pitchers at the Division I level.

Anthony resides with his wife, Kim, and their two children, Anthony and Katryna.
