At the Sam Howell Invitational, Monroe College freshman Kettia Ambrose delivered an outstanding performance in the 400-meter dash, finishing with a time of 55.09 seconds. This remarkable achievement not only set a new personal best for Ambrose but also established a new school record for Monroe College. Her time surpasses the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships qualifying standard, securing her a spot at the national meet.
