Darlenys Olivo has had an impressive start to her freshman campaign for the #14-ranked Monroe College Mustangs. She averaged 4.28 kills per set, 1.92 digs per set and 13 blocks across 25 sets and seven matches this past week. Olivo was selected to the 2023 Adventures in Paradise Battle at the Beach All-Tournament Team for her efforts across Monroe's four matches at the tournament hosted by #1 Florida Southwestern State College. Olivo is currently ranked third in the NJCAA with 121 kills on the season, and 11th with 3.90 kills per set.
