Melvin Council Jr. became Monroe College's all-time leading scorer this past week. In Saturday's matchup with Harcum, Council surpassed the previous record of 1,274 points, and now stands atop the leaderboard with 1,300 career points. Council averaged 27.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game across a 2-1 week for Monroe, including his second 30-point performance of the season in Saturday's game against Harcum.
