Karim Belmahdi picked up his first victory as part of the Monroe Mustangs cross country team this past Friday at the Golden Eagle Invitational. Belmahdi topped the field of 100 runners at Bethpage State Park, finishing with an 8K time of 24:47.77. His time represents the second-fastest 8K time in Monroe College men's cross country history.
