Mohlouwa Koos Molutsi got the 2022 indoor track and field season off to a terrific start in Friday's Wagner College Invitational. After an outstanding cross country season, Molutsi started the indoor track season by winning the 3,000-meter run, defeating 31 other runners with a time of 8:29.07. This time qualified him for the 2022 NJCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in the event, and is currently the fastest time in the NJCAA so far this season. Molutsi also etched his name in the history books, as his time was the fastest indoor 3000m in Monroe Mustangs history.
