Kasique Oliver enjoyed a strong final weekend of the indoor season when the Mustangs competed at the 2018 NJCAA Indoor Track and Field National Championships. Oliver was part of the men's distance medley relay team that took third place overall in the event with a time of 10:16.38, earning All-American status. He then placed sixth in the finals of the 600-meter dash to earn All-American honors again after clocking in at 1:18.64, setting a new program record in the process.

Oliver was also named the 2018 Atlantic Region Male Track Athlete of the Year in a ceremony the night before the NJCAA National Championships.
