Sophomore Marissa Hackett turned in a solid and consistent effort across five matches in Texas this past weekend. She totaled 29 kills and hit .257 while starting all five contests. Hackett also had a team-high 17 total blocks across the weekend, and added two aces and seven digs. She had her best match of the weekend on Saturday against Missouri State University-West Plains, hitting .318 with nine kills and six blocks. Hackett later added five kills and seven blocks in a weekend-closing victory over No. 13 Navarro College.
