New Rochelle, NY – Head coach Kevin Pulley Jr. of the Monroe University football team has announced the team's 2025 schedule, consisting of ten contests (four home, five away, one neutral).
 
The Mustangs will begin the season in Augusta, NJ, to take on Sussex County Community College at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 30. The following week on Saturday, September 6, Monroe will travel to the Lone Star State to face off against Trinity Valley Community College at 7:00 pm.
 
After a bye week, Monroe will host The College of DuPage for its home opener on Saturday, September 20, at 1:00 pm at The Stadium at Memorial Field in Mount Vernon, NY. It will be the first ever meeting between the Mustangs and Chaparrals.
 
Another two-game road set will begin for the Mustangs on Saturday, September 27, against Georgia Military College at 1:00 pm. The Mustangs will then head to Scranton, PA, for a highly anticipated showdown versus rival Lackawanna College on Saturday, October 4, at 4:00 pm.
 
Monroe will then head to Alexandria, VA, for a neutral site matchup versus Louisburg College on Saturday, October 11, at 3:00 pm before hosting three consecutive games in Mount Vernon.
 
Rematches against Sussex County (October 25 at 1:00 pm) and Lackawanna (November 1 at 4:00 pm) follow a second bye week for the Mustangs. The home schedule will conclude with a marquee matchup against Snow College on Saturday, November 8, at 1:00 pm.
 
The Mustangs will wrap up its regular season slate with a 1:00 pm game at Nassau Community College on Saturday, November 15.
 
ABOUT THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM AT MONROE UNIVERSITY
The athletic program at Monroe University encompasses a total of 26 teams competing across nine sports. There are 19 varsity and junior varsity programs, as well as the Monroe University marching band, competing on the New Rochelle campus as the Mustangs (NJCAA Division I). The Monroe Express, based out of the Bronx campus, has seven teams competing at the NJCAA Division III level.
