Marcus DiBernardo of the Monroe University men's soccer program has announced the team's 2025 schedule, consisting of 12 contests (five home, seven away).
The Mustangs will kick off their season with a three-game road trip to Florida — the first of which being at Eastern Florida State College on Thursday, August 21, with the time to be determined. They will follow up the matchup versus the Titans with contests at Daytona State College (Sunday, August 24) and Miami Dade College (Wednesday, August 27).
One final road game awaits the Mustangs upon returning from the Sunshine State. They will travel to Baltimore, MD, to take on CCBC-Essex on Saturday, September 6.
Monroe opens at Skidelsky Field with a primetime matchup against Mohawk Valley Community College on Saturday, September 13, at 7:00 pm. The following Friday on September 19, the Mustangs will host Miami Dade College at 7:00 pm to conclude its home-and-away series.
To round out its midseason stretch of home games, Monroe will host Montgomery College on Sunday, September 21 at 2:00 pm.
Iowa Western Community College is up next for the Mustangs, with the Friday, September 26, kickoff time to be determined. Harcum College (Friday, October 3) and Harford Community College (Tuesday, October 7) follow, with the Harcum trip being a doubleheader with the women's team. The men's program will conclude the double-feature with a 3:00 pm kickoff time.
Kickoff at Harford will be at 4:00 pm.
The Mustangs will conclude their regular season schedule with two home tilts. The first of which will be against Monroe Community College on Sunday, October 12, at 1:00 pm. The final game of the season will take place on Sunday, October 19, with an opponent to be named at a later date.
ABOUT THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM AT MONROE UNIVERSITY
The athletic program at Monroe University encompasses a total of 26 teams competing across nine sports. There are 19 varsity and junior varsity programs, as well as the Monroe University marching band, competing on the New Rochelle campus as the Mustangs (NJCAA Division I). The Monroe Express, based out of the Bronx campus, has seven teams competing at the NJCAA Division III level.
