New Rochelle, NY – Head coach Jonathan Avila of the Monroe University women's soccer team has announced the team's 2025 schedule, consisting of 12 contests (four home, eight away).
The Mustangs will begin the campaign with a two-game set in Florida. They will take on Miami Dade College in the season opener on Thursday, August 21, with the kickoff time still to be determined. Polk State College will then follow on Sunday, August 24, at 10:00 am to round out the team's trip to the Sunshine State.
Monroe will then have a long break to prepare for its home opener versus Miami Dade. The Sharks will travel to Skidelsky Field on Thursday, September 4, with kickoff scheduled for 1:00 pm.
A two-game set in Maryland will follow, with matchups against Montgomery College (Saturday, September 13) and the College of Southern Maryland (Sunday, September 14) on tap.
The Mustangs will return to Skidelsky Field on Thursday, September 18, for their first of two 2025 contests versus Felician University JV before embarking on a three-game road stretch against some familiar foes.
Mercer County Community College will be up first for the Mustangs on Saturday, September 20, at noon. The Mustangs will then take on Monroe Community College (Saturday, September 27) and Harcum College (Friday, October 3) in consecutive matchups.
