Damian Baker was named the 2024 NJCAA Region 15 Championship Most Valuable Player for his efforts in helping the Monroe Mustangs claim the inaugural Region 15 Championship Title on Saturday. In two matches and six sets, Baker hit ..696 with 17 kills. He added four total blocks as well. Baker had 11 kills on 12 swings in Monroe's semifinal win over Kingsborough before adding six more kills in the championship match against Nassau.
