Thapelo Makofane continued a strong start to the 2018 men's cross country season, helping Monroe to a 23rd-place finish at the University of Louisville Classic in Louisville, Ky. on Saturday. Makofane placed 21st out of 276 runners in the silver division of the meet, clocking in at 26:45.1 on the 8K course to be the first Mustang to cross the finish line.
