Monror College Athletics

Monroe baseball player Wayne Roberts earns athlete of the week accolades for the second straight week.  In game one with Orange, he connected on a homer and scored twice.  In the rematch on Sunday, the freshman reached base in every plate appearance.  He went 5-5 with five runs scored, hit a triple and stole two bases.  Monroe won, 25-6.
