Summary

Biography

In his freshman year Davon proved that he can be one of the most prolific scorers on the court.  Second on the team in scoring, he finished 2010-11 with a 11.2 ppg average.  In fact he was the leading scorer for Monroe in nine of the team's 36 games, shooting 41.3% from the arc along the way.  He worked hard over the summer to develop other parts of his game and so before it's over this year, he will likely be known not only for his dead-on jumper, but for the fire to be the best that burns beneath his pleasant demeanor.
 
As a junior in high school, Davon was selected as a Third-team All-State player, averaging 19 ppg and 5 rpg and as a senior he averaged 17 ppg, 7 rpg, and 3 apg.  He was named to the All-tournament team in the state championships.
