Leanisse Solano had a very strong weekend for the Mustangs to help them go 3-0 down in South Carolina. She hit .311 for the week, including two matches over .570, and registered 3.13 kills per set. Solano hit .625 with five kills in two sets against USC Sumter on Friday. She added seven kills in a win over Spartanburg Methodist College in Saturday's first match, and then hit .571 with 13 kills in a sweep of USC Lancaster to close out the weekend.
