Andrew Calo is entering his seventh season with Monroe College in 2023-24. Calo graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor of science in allied health with a minor in psychology in December 2013. He went on to pursue a bachelor and master of science in athletic training at Long Island University Brooklyn, graduating summa cum laude in 2017. While at LIU Brooklyn, Calo was a graduate assistant to the athletic training program, assisting students in the athletic training lab. Calo spent his final year of the athletic training program at Monroe College and was hired in July of 2017.

Calo enjoys expanding his repertoire of athletic training skills, returning athletes to the field after injury and most of all, watching all of our athletes succeed. Andrew is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association (NATA) and holds several profession related certifications. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing golf, volleyball and softball, and spending time with family and friends.
