Tinashe Bure had a fantastic showing at the John Thomas Terrier Classic in Boston on Friday. Bure got his big day started in the 800-meter run. He ran a time of 1:56.29, earning his spot at the NJCAA Indoor Championships in the event by defeating the NJCAA qualifying standard. Without too much time between events, Bure stepped up again in the 1,000-meter run on Friday. He clocked in at 2:31.77, once again qualifying for the NJCAA Indoor Championships.
