Salix Felix batted .333 with an OPS of 1.389 in Monroe's two victories over ASA last week to win the Region 15 Championship. Felix clearly intimidated the Avengers, as he was intentionally walked three times over two games. He showed why in Game 2 on Thursday when he blasted a two-run homer in the first inning that put Monroe up, 3-0. Felix finished 2-for-6 with two RBIs, two runs and a stolen base in the two-game series.
