Thanysha Gil put in a week's worth of production in just two games to help the Mustangs earn a doubleheader sweep over CCRI on Sunday. She batted 5-for-8 (.625) with eight RBIs, four runs scored, a double, a triple and a home run across those two games. Gil scored the game-winning run on a wild pitch to walk off in a 14-13 victory in Game 1. She later provided a walk-off triple in Game 2, knocking in the final two runs to force the game to end via the run-rule at 11-3 in the sixth inning.
