Leanisse Solano was named the Gulf Atlantic District Championship Tournament Most Valuable Player this past weekend for her terrific effort during the tournament. She helped the Mustangs go 3-0 and claim the Gulf Atlantic District A Championship for the first time. Solano totaled 55 kills in 12 sets (4.58 kills/set) and hit .325 across the three wins. She also served up nine aces and was second on the team with 39 digs and 3.25 digs per set. The Mustangs' perfect weekend earned them their spot at the 2021 NJCAA Div. I Women's Volleyball Championships.
