Tobias Pellio was named the 2019 NJCAA Div. I Men's Soccer Championship Most Valuable Player after leading the Mustangs to their first-ever NJCAA Championship. Pellio totaled seven points on three goals and an assist. His first goals came in a 3-0 victory over No. 11 Illinois Central College in the tournament semifinals. Pellio then provided the game-winning goal on a penalty kick with five minutes remaining in the championship game against No. 4 Eastern Florida State College.
