Joseph Encarnacion had a strong pair of games for the Mustangs baseball team this past week. He hit .429 with a double, triple, home run and a team-high five RBIs. Encarnacion batted 1-for-3 with a double and a RBI in Thursday's matchup against ASA College. He then went 2-for-4 with a home run, a triple, four RBIs and a run scored in Friday's victory at Mercer County Community College.
